About the Founder

Reetu Singh, founder of X369 Creations Pvt Ltd, founded in Nov 2025 with the vision of paint your own canvas. Where each Artist has platform to showcase their talent and meet their craftmanship.

Reetu grew up in a small town where opportunities were scarce, especially for women. Her father was a govt servant, and her mother spent long hours kneading beautiful handmade pullovers. Her elder sister was multitalented, fond of crafting the different kind of wall art, althoughthey were admired by everyone in the town, they were sold for very little money.

As a child, Reetu often wondered why her mother and sister’s hard work was not rewarded fairly. She dreamed of finding a way to help her family and other women earn better incomes.

For 15 years, Reetu worked in corporate world served the Human Resources. Her title kept growing—Analyst, Manager, Head of Talent Acquisition—but her excitement shrank with every promotion.

Her days were filled with presentations, deadlines, and endless meetings. Colleagues admired her success. Her family was proud. Yet every evening, when she returned home, she opened a small sketchbook hidden in her drawer.

Since childhood, Reetu loved crafting a handmade art, food, designed her own dresses and many products. She always dreamed about her own creative venturebut somewhere between college loans and corporate ambitions, she had convinced herself that art was only a hobby.

A question appeared in her mind:

“If I can work this hard for someone else’s dream, why can’t I work this hard for my own?”

The thought refused to leave.

However, the corporate world was not the place where she wanted to continue,Her inner calling was forcing her to painther own canvas and include other artists in her creative journey.

“You’re leaving a Human Resource job for art?” Reetu asked herself.

The first few months was difficult. Some months were profitable, others were not. She handled everything herself—design, production, raw material, marketing, client meetings, and finances.

But every challenge felt meaningful because it belonged to her.

6 months later, Reetu ran a successful creative studio. She employed passionate women artists.

“Success isn’t only climbing the ladder you’ve been given. Sometimes it’s having the courage to build your own.”

And for the first time in her life, Reetu felt that her work and her heart were finally moving in the same direction.
